Our Goal

August 31st, 2009 Leave a comment Go to comments

James Zinkand’s and J.P. Sakamoto’s goal is to bicycle through the most extreme places in the world to raise awareness;
And to spread a message of peace and good energy.

They will also be raising money and awareness for the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research (TeamFOX)

The Gnarly Riders Team will be showing us along their journey how to make it in different countries & cultures in some of the world’s roughest environments. Both believe in the power of positive forward thinking that has been almost lost in today’s world. All while also bringing an energy of perseverance and accomplishment.

Their gnarly ride is not to be missed. Godspeed!

    Hey kids.
    No train to Lisboa. Tiny city of Alveiro. Bottle of whisky.
    remember?
    There’s nothing better than being a traveller, and not a tourist. Enjoy it.
    Funny enough JP, I kept thinking that I knew you from before. Now I know. Go rangers!

    Boa sorte!

    JP Sakamoto!!! How the hell did I not know about this adventure?? Dude, this is basically what I have wanted to do all my life. Bro I will be keeping up with your blog and will try to donate if I can come up with something for you. I think it is amazing that you are doing this for the Michael J. Fox Foundation as I know people who have parkinsons and just like me and paralysis, we need all the help we can get for research for cures. Bro I couldn’t be more proud of what you are doing and even though I don’t know your friend you are doing this with, he must be a badass and he’s lucky to be doing this with you. Wishing you all the best, stay safe and do it for the UO brother!!
    Best wishes,
    John
